Shipping policy

Processing Time
Premade orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders are processed within 3-5 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address / Missing Info
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us ASAP before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly.

International Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
