Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final.

However, if you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or your product arrived damaged, we will fix the issue at no cost to you.

Eligibility for a Replacement:
You may request a replacement if:
    •    You received a different item than what you ordered
    •    We shipped the wrong size
    •    Your item arrived damaged or defective

How to Request a Replacement:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A photo of the item you received
    •    A photo of the packing slip (if sent one)

Once verified, we will send a replacement.

Important Notes:
    •    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size choices by the customer
    •    We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse
    •    All orders are final once placed
